The Flavor isle has been there for over 50 years. It needs to stay where it’s at.!!

This proposal needs to take affect. These businesses and the small town atmosphere of Smiths Grove should not be disturbed.

Please be respectful of the residents of our community as well as the local businesses that were here long before you decided to build a subdivision right next to them.

The Main Street area of Smiths Grove including Hedge and 1st street is great for walking, enjoyed by many for shopping and eating especially on weekends, is very historic, and provides a very quaint and welcoming feel to our small town. Even with Buc-ees, it still feels like nice and pleasant because traffic has been routed away from our little downtown area. Under NO circumstances should our Main Street and downtown area be bothered with. Part of the attraction to this area for visitors is its quaint appeal. Find a different route for your anticipated traffic needs.

This extra traffic is unwanted and creates a traffic hazard.

Smiths Grove is loved for its quaint feeling. There’s other places just outside of smiths grove that would be better suited for a full on new neighbourhood. You destroy what little is left of our town and you change the humble presence of it in its entirety. People would move in.. but lots would move away. Don’t push away the locals of Smiths Grove just to make extra money. Find somewhere else that’s close to town but doesn’t destroy the town’s integrity. Don’t let us lose the few staples of Smiths Grove like Flavor Isle for a road..

I live close to Hedge St and have been concerned about traffic flow to the proposed neighborhood and the rebuilding of North Warren Elementary.

Please save small businesses. Flavor Isle has been there since I was a little kid. It's a huge part of Smiths Grove.

Do not destroy the roots of Smith's Grove. Buckee'sville is not the answer
