I have taken one of the first buildings in smiths grove and renovated it into a business with an apartment. I have tripled it value if not more since real estate is up. All I ask is for my dreams to equal the importance of the developer. Don’t take away what I have built or what the other businesses have built especially when there is a solution that helps everyone.

As a Smiths Grove resident I feel it is more than acceptable to move the entrance and exit. I understand population is growing, but we should not have to give up this important businesses and the residents home on these streets.

I hope this helps. They should move it if there is already an existing option. Good Luck!

This establishment has been an anchor for this community to gather for many years. Growth is substantial, but not when it takes away livelihood of families working every day.

I grew up going to the Flavor Isle. It’s a family owned business and important to Smith Grove’s families.
