Terrance Franklin was banned from the Northern Empire for expressing his opinion. He was not asked to retract his statement or apologize first. Further, the day before he was banned, he independently offered to retract his statement, saying he had been upset when he made it.
His opinion, that errors had been made by all parties involved with dealing with BotD 2015 finances, is valid.
