A cat is part of your family and people to know if they have been knocked over...the law should be changed that cats have to be taken to nearest vet.

I totally agree with this, I also believe that main roads should be signposted more with speed limits

If this only makes the driver stop & move the injured animal/find its owner/take it to a vet, it will be worth it

I am a cat lover myself and don’t know what I would do if one of them was to be injured by a car. I know accidents can happen but I think if an animal is injured then the driver should be made to report it

the IOM government is totally useless! They stonewall people and issues and are corrupt!! CHANGE the SPEED LIMITS and POLICE and prosecute bad drivers and prosecute those that cause ANIMAL DEATHs!!!
