These are the most natural and untouched lands in St. Joe Co. Can't even begin to imagine what kind of selfish and irresponsible group would choose to develop here. If manufacturing heads back to a 2009 era this is all for nothing.
At least the current property owners have always willingly paid into and contributed to the county. From a revenue standpoint, why would you give that up?

We are being forced to live in an industrial park, We moved here, fixed up our house for retirement when it was peaceful and now it sounds like we live in a Bowling alley with the shredder running.

I do not want to see New Carlisle , become a Gary In. Keep South Bend were it is .

Heavy industrial use of this beautiful countryside would be a travesty. We do not need to pollute this area; it is beautiful countryside that has provided decades of outdoor recreational and educational opportunities. Please weigh the high costs of developing this land with what it currently provides us with. The proposed benefits do not outweigh the current ones in my book.

Corporations keep taking precious land and using it only for their gains. Wildlife again takes a beating. It's a sad world anymore with how man has destroyed what was once beautiful...and without remorse !

When does construction end? We have too many buildings and too few acres of beautiful land left.
