This one of a kind facility cannot be reduced to just a financial bottom line. It is a vital resource for many many families and children and changes their lives, and ours, as a community. Save this irreplaceable school. To close it is short-sighted.

Please stop the sale of Silver Creek School, and keep the school alive as an excellent learning environment for these special children! They deserve the opportunity to have customized care!

Please save the school to ensure all children's needs are met.

The thought of losing this school makes me sick! This school means everything to a very dear family of ours. I personally invested time, money and resources on helping raise money for the playground only to have it sold for profits? This disgusts me.

I would recommend that persons who are responsible for these decisions MUST spend a week or two with various special needs families. IT would change everything.. Try it but bring your tissues and maybe ear plugs...Leave your Psychology books at home...See and live the real situations. These parents are not making things up..

That is a shame! Stop this sale

Prior to making a decision such as this, the Government should experience a day, week maybe even a month with these children. Perhaps then they will know the importance of sustaining schools and programs.

Disgraceful. Some things are worth paying for as a tax payer! Perhaps Government should reconsider their priorities when spending our money frivolously.

Stop closing school one after the other to save money just think about children and their benefits one time

I work in preschool and kindergarten education, and I have witnessed first hand how important it is that children with special needs have access to schools such as this one. I see kids everyday who are not given the care they need to succeed. This lack of care is not due to staffing, but instead due to the fact the school I work at is not equipped to serve them best. Save this school. Children are our most important resource.

Such an amazing school, keep it alive.
