Parents must have full rights over their kids and not have that taken away from them.

32,475 children involuntarily committed to a psychiatric facility for several days? Has anyone considered how traumatic it is for a child to be put into lock down this way? Do you realize what kind of emotional damage and harm is being done to them by doing this? Just think about it for a moment. Recall a time when you were younger and very upset over something in your life. Now imagine at that moment, being hauled off to a lock down facility and held there against yours and your family's will for three days. And imagine that if you don't cooperate, they could keep you indefinitely. You would be terrified and traumatized, unless you were being seriously abused at home. And in that case, you are the victim who needs help through foster placement, not the target. Not the perpetrator. So you aren't the one who should be locked up. Please stop allowing our children to be so easily committed. Pass stronger legislation to protect them against a law which is now being abused badly and seemingly turned into a profit making machine.

Children and parents have their rights to discuss any life problems between themselves and to NOT have this right intervened by those who want to make a profit. Psychiatry has NOT SUCH RIGHT. Stand down!! This bill is NOT OKAY in the slightest and take away god given rights!! NO!!

Parents have to be informed and should have the right to say Yes or NO before a child is being handcuffed and taken away!

No kid needs to go through this nonsense of psychiatric institutions. For years they've been on our society and there has not been any betterment & children are put at risk of death if we don't stop this non-sense and put real solutions to their life issues. No more drugs to handle life woes.
