I am blown away by this. Maybe people should look into how these children are being raised before writing a prescription like this.

Children should be protected. Not drugged or arrested. They should be helped. Turning them to a psychiatrist to drug them up is the reason why we have mass shootings in schools.

Our children have human rights. They deserve the upmost care and NOT from outside sources without parental/guardian consent.

All parents should have rights to decide what happens to their children. Nobody should be able to drug children without parental agreement.

I wholeheartedly agree with CCHR’s standing regarding Baker Acting children and minors in Florida! We the parents have a right to know BEFORE any special action is taken on our children! Thank you.

This is completely inhumane especially when the vast majority are not a harm to themselves or others and they’re just children and their rights and their parent’s rights are being violated. I spoken to parents who get called after their parents have been Baker Acted and no parent deserve to go through the fear and worry that these parents do.
