I am appalled that this judge would be so absolutely careless. He is a threat to the safety of everyday Citizens! I have been stationed all over the USA and Charles county Maryland has been the most negligent, passive on crime, set criminals free state I have ever lived in. The military sent us here and I am disgusted by the lack of concern for the public. They care more about criminals more than everyday citizens

Remove Judge Kenneth Talley. His decision to release the criminal who raped and severely injured a-cleaning lady is absolutely appalling and disgraceful, and an affront to the victim. He also signaled to criminals everywhere that we are a soft on crime county. He needs to go!

Releasing a man who committed rape at gunpoint to home monitoring is a violation of trust and confidence in the judge's ability to protect this county. Why would he release this man but hold others without bond who steal. It is a slap in the face to the victims of violent crime.
