Judge Talley conspired against me with the other party (my ex wife and her friends). I have pictures and video evidence of all of this. Him out and about partying and hanging out with them. I plan on taking action soon due to his out right bias and prejudice, he has cost me so much and turned my life upside down without almost any evidence to back up his decisions and ruling. He is a terrible unethical judge and clearly human being.

Mistakes happen, but when these incidents happen repeatedly, it is a neglect of sworn duty to uphold justice. When CCSO does their job, only to have violent criminals released right away, the community ends up paying the price for this neglect.

If the legislature and the courts will not do their jobs to protect the community, we need to take whatever citizen action we can to make sure violent criminals are not released into neighborhoods where the endanger everyone.

As a retired police officer this is a travesty… this judge is a danger to public safety and must go!

When I read this the other day, my heart dropped. Literally dropped. This man is not a man; no, animal is too kind a word for him. He BRUTALLY assaulted that woman, raped her, and this is probably not the first time, nor will it be the last time he commits these types of crimes...and yet you let him go? Do you have a wife? Daughters? Nieces? Does it not make you sick to your stomach to have this monster prowling around where those women, and women of this community go shopping, have families and lives and jobs to attend to? This makes me sick and Judge Talley should be ashamed on so many levels. He doesn't care about the victims, or the eventual victims, or those like me who HAVE been assaulted and never got the justice we deserved for what happened to us. Judge Talley is a disgrace to the judicial system, and needs to be dethroned for the safety of people, especially the women he cares so little about.

I am in 100% agreement with this petition to remove him from the bench. If this person who he let free commits another crime while he is out the judge should be held accountable.
