How is releasing dangerous criminals out into the public keeping us safe? An ankle monitor to them is easily removed and they can disappear pretty quick. Our judges are doing nothing to protect the innocent, law biding citizens of Charles County.

It is despicable that Kenneth Talley released this man who beat, raped and held this woman at gunpoint in his home. He is now among the general public. Is there any question as to what he will do next, getting away with such a heinous crime? This judge needs to go, he is no longer protecting the rights of law- abiding citizens.

This catch and release attitude is out of control. VIOLENT offenders need to be held. How many times must they repeat the crime and ruin or take someone else’s life before you GET THE MESSAGE.

The public safety is in jeopardy in Charles County. Judge Kenneth Talley released an alleged rapist who allegedly held a housekeeper at gun point for hours, raped and assaulted. He was released back to our community on an ankle monitor. The States Attorney adamantly disagreed to no avail. This Judges decision is not in the interest of the public safety of Charles County nor the state of Maryland. What does it take to remain behind bars pending trial in Charles County. Releasing people while pending trial seems to be the norm in Charles County no matter how heinous the allegations.There should be an investigation into this Judges decision. This judge is appointed so we need the Governors assistance. This crime has made national news, not because of the crime but because of this Judges irresponsible decision, and this isn't the first time for this Judge. GOVERNOR MOORE, PLEASE HELP CHARLES COUNTY
