I had a protective order on someone that I feared Judge Tally did nothing about it he let him walk I finally went in front of another judge and got it solved

This Judge needs to be removed! We as a community do not need Judge Kenneth Talley making these horrific decisions, he is endangering all of us residents. How do you release this animal back home on an ankle monitor after the severity of his crime against that poor woman! My prayers goes out to the victim and her family during these difficult times!

This is an outrage!! A friend was brutally raped in Charles County. He was finally caught and in Jail. No one needs to go thru this and see their rapist out. He could easily cut the monitoring device .

When someone is charged with a violent crime they should be held in jail throughout court proceedings. Violent criminals should not be allowed to go home with an electronic monitoring device.
