I’m very disappointed in the Judge’s recent ruling in the pre trial hearing of Jordan Proctor. He got this one way wrong. Crimes against women are hate crimes and should be deemed as such. What’s to stop Mr. proctor from calling another cleaning service and repeating the violent crime while on the ankle monitor? This was a common sense call - easy peasy. What happened Judge?

Violent rapist with a history of criminal acts sent home with an ankle bracelet shows just how far Charles County has declined.

Did the judge send him home to order more housekeeping? Ridiculous that such a violent crime is treated so nonchalantly, like it was comparable to stealing Tide from Dollar General. This judge needs to find out this was a bad decision and the voters want tougher stances.

Why is pre-trial release for such a violent crime even an option. The safety of the community should be a priority.

Having been a corrections officer, I'm appalled that this criminal is not in pre-trial confinement as he is a violent predator and a danger to society.

This is just a kind of a dick head move by the Judge I hope it won't happen to any of his family member. How can you even became a judge, you need a cognitive test.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never in my life heard of anything. Anything like this? I've even tried to call the senator and the congressman.I'd like to be able to form a protest to go and protest in front of this courthouse

The man you let out on an ankle bracelet should be rotting in a cell for the crimes he committed and you let this dangerous person back into society with the rest of us just for him to do it again possibly. Unacceptable!

As a member of this county of whom has lived here majority of my life, I grow concerned about my personal safety as my job requires me to drive daily all over the county to service families in their homes, as well as the safety of my children growing up in this community. I regularly consider moving out of county as I watch the violence grow around me, including the schools and local libraries where my children should be safe. To see criminals released certainly lowers my confidence in our local judiciary system. Please consider an investigation.

I am very disturbed by Judge Talley letting violent offenders out who should be held. This is a dangerous pattern.

This is why Charles county is the worst place to live in now

Lived in Charles county for 45 years and I have seen this county go from the best place to grow up in to one of the worst places to live in. The penalties are way to lenient and that's why there is so much crime in Charles county.
