Any judge that would let such a violent person out on bond needs to be disciplined and possible removed from the bench. Judge Talley does not prioritize the safety of the public in making his decisions.

Just a slap on the the hand, and the crimes continues. The lack of consequences for their crimes gives them the power to continue . We need justice for the victims and not the offender.

It's decisions like his that undermine the entire justice system. He’s has no respect for the system, the efforts of the CCSO and definitely not the victim in this case. Remove him from the bench.

We the citizens of Charles Co and Maryland do not want dangerous subhumans out on bail. Enough is enough, we are planning to leave the state, I no plans to open a new business in the state.
