This man is too easy on REPEAT violent offenders. His release of a man charged with kidnapping and rape was a direct result of that man's death!

The flippant attitude of the judicial system of Charles County’s contributed to the Carnathan murders in 2018. Wife that was murdered NOTED three areas the husband was a deadly threat. When this guy reoffends, it’s the residents’ checkbook that pays the settlement NOT Kenny Jr or his namesake daddy’s money. I really pity the homeowners whose property taxes pay these settlements.

We need help protecting law-abiding citizens from those who want to do ill-will and never endure any type of reprucussions or punishment.

Too many releases that should have been kept incarcerated. Only to watch the same criminals back in the courts again.

I am a 30 year Charles county resident whose parents who moved here in the late 90’s to escape the rough neighborhoods of DC and Landover, Md. I have always loved this county and felt safe often commending the efforts of our sheriffs department until recent years. Although I still commend our sherrifs dept, I do not commend our judicial leaders who have turned this county into a catch and release county for violent offenders. My husband is born and raised in Charles county in the Bannister neighborhood. We have watched so many of our friends move out of this county due to the changing conditions here and have always made efforts to stay to not turn our backs and be a part of this community that we both love so much. My husband serviced Charles county residents with his landscaping company for almost 20 years and now volunteers close to 30 hours a week to our Charles county youth. We are not ok with the direction our judicial leaders are taking us. A change must be made ASAP or Charles county will no longer reap the benefits of outstanding citizens like us and so many. If the same judge(s) is releasing these violent criminals, he or she must go. It should also be noted that the August Proctor case so many of us community members were upset about ended fatally last month. Literally a case of “I told you so”. I care about the safety of my family and friends and this isn’t it. If this petition isn’t enough to spark change, then perhaps a protest on court premises will do.

Letting the Criminals back out on our streets is unacceptable. I have lived here my entire life, and these kinds of decisions are reckless and a total disregard for the publics safety.

He is letting criminals out without any repercussions. They will continue to commit crimes and not be held accountable. He needs to be removed, he is putting the community at risk everyday he lets criminals out.

A judge is supposed to make the right all and his decision led to furthering trauma.

He has continuously let my next neighbor son who is a grown man and terrorizes woman and property every chance he get out on light bond conditions which the my neighbors grown son violates at the first occasion gets picked up and released again. He's only in jail now because a different judge ruled on his felony charges and his 10 separate violations of supervisored probation after Talley let him out back in 2021. Talley needs to go now an violate sexual predator was let loose by Talley against the State Attorney Prosecution Office on home arrest who assaulted another person recently and put several CCSO officers lives in danager forcing them to shoot and kill him. If this person was held in custody his victim wouldn't have been assaulted again, officers would not have been in danger and he would be alive to face his charges and ultimate sentence.

The people need to restore the trust in the judiciary and government because these will hardly restore the trust on themselves.
