The County, as well as the city of Florence already have their Planning and Zoning board, trying to enforce ordinances, that allow them to act as a Home Owners Association. This is a violation of your 4th Amendment Rights, under the US Constitution. Read from the Founders to discover their intent about Property ownership and the freedom to use your Property as you see fit to, without Government interference. Given the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution; States and Localities have no Authorization to enforce this kind of thing. No lawyer, Judge and not even the US Supreme Court can rule to Amend the US Constitution and remove your RIGHTS. People, Don't ask them not to pass it. TELL them that if they do, you won't follow it and give your RIGHTS up to them. A worse case scenario, but it's garbage like this that prompted the Founders to include the 2nd Amendment into the US Constitution.

Anything that infringes on individual rights by any government is anti-Constitutional and should not even be considered. Do not pass Ordinance 15.

Boone County has survived a long time as a loving ,giving county ...we're neighbors could talk and discuss and help if there is an issue .. Please keep,our freedom here.. We are already dealing enough with the unbalance of our world .. Blessings..

Having been born and raised in NJ, I purposely chose to live in an unincorporated area with no HOA to avoid these overbearing, big government laws. Gary Moore needs to go!
