Protect a Person's Right to Hunt and Fish

I would like to pledge my support for the right to hunt and fish ANYWHERE in the world where legal hunting makes sense. And emphasize the countless benefits that ethical hunting brings to families, communities and the conservation of a species.

Sport hunting is vital to maintaining a strong , healthy, wildlife population.

Hunting and fishing are an extremely important component, arguably THE most important component, historically employed worldwide for successful wildlife conservation. While some might disagree and largely out of ignorance, misunderstanding or just personal disposition relative to the killing of animals, the evidence is clear. It has been demonstrated many times around the world that with the continuing encrouchment of civilization and other competing demands on wildlife habitat, once wildlife ceases to have an economic value the seeds for its ultimate demise are sown. Today, with few exceptions, it is hunting and fishing that supply the dollars to create and sustain the necessary economic incentive to protect our wildlife for future generations.

Please restore grizzly bear hunting in British Columbia

Bears are a God given natural resource and their selective harvest creates jobs and helps keep them and other herds healthy with fees hunters pay. There is much more to the picture than just 'don't kill the poor bears.'

Well regulated hunting is vital to conservation efforts. Please reconsider this ban to protect these conservation efforts.

Any ban on anything that is emotionally driven and not supported by science based facts should be promptly examined and promptly over turned until such a time that the science calls for it.

Our inherent right to hunt and fish needs protection and the values of wildlife and the habitat that supports it also needs precognition .

Hunting is a basic, primal, inherent act of humans. I support all well regulated, sustainable use, ethical hunting of any species to help in their survival and their environment and therefore, support hunting in British Columbia, Canada.

Hunting is the best conservation and best friend of nature. It's the hunters that pay for the research, not the so called conservationists!

Please, look at what legitimate hunting does for conservation. Not to mention the jobs & financial impact hunters bring to a country, state, territory, etc. Thank you for your consideration.

Stop taking my rights and passions away!

Take politics out of Wildlife management ! Let the knowledgeable professionals properly manage seasons and bag limits.

Hunting is awonderful Canadian heritage please keep it alive

We must protect the future of wildlife by protecting the right to hunt!

It's important to remember how Hunting and Fishing are providing a large percentage of the funds needed to protect the habitat of these animals and others. Don't ban the hand that feeds them.
