This is ridiculous!!! Hunters are the only ones that protect the Bears and all wildlife.

For a population of animals to remain healthy they must be managed. Hunting and fishing play a vital role in the management of an ecosystem. It’s foolish to make decisions based purely on the emotions of people that have zero experience with or understanding of the management needs of these ecosystems. A ban on hunting bears does not mean bears will not be killed the population still needs to be managed. Instead of being honorably harvested by hunters they will be murdered by the government, and left to rot in the woods, or thrown away like garbage.

Hunting and fishing is a huge benefit to society and should be protected. It should not be controlled by people who have never spent real tin in the wilderness of British Columbia.

Hunters and fishermen (and women) are the real conservationists! Please protect the right to hunt and fish. Regulations should be based on science, not emotion!

The grizzly hunting should be legalized again. As a wrangler / guide in the Rocky Mountains of BC I had issues with grizzly bears and I have only guided a year guiding/wrangling.

Stop letting social media make decisions and policies... it has to be about facts. That’s why we have biologist, scientists, CO’s and avid outdoors people who see the land and start from ground level

Unless the bear is endangered, the lack of control through hunting and conservation efforts will eventually lead to unwanted and predictable situations.
