This is absolutely awful and traumatic. Even reading it made me feel sick to my stomach for that poor innocent dog and owner. He deserve to be locked up for a very long time, next time it could be a child! That poor little dog did not deserve to die.

It is beyond time for the abuse of poor innocent dogs & cats to be taken very seriously, which includes vigorous prosecution, maximum sentences, & mandate no future contact with animals. If you won't do it for the innocent animals, do it for the future innocent humans that they may abuse, injure and/or kill, as research has shown there is a correlation between animal abuse & those who will later abuse/kill humans!!!
