Why do we have to sign a petition for this foul piece of waste to be arrested???? All I have to say to you Carlos is if it.were either of my dogs justice would have been immediate and just as harsh as what you did to this little dog.

I have no words strong enough to express my anger. Prosecute this monster because next time he will be slamming an infant on the ground & the blood will be on your hands! Do a complete psychiatric evaluation on him because these type of people have a genetic deficit & should not be allowed into society!
