This is unbelieveable and cannot believe that it will be tolerated. This abuser should be arerested and "required to do community service in a shelter, learn how to treat animals and never be allowed to have another pet

This is horrific enough and should be brought to the attention of someone who has the power to put this monster in prison with animal lovers and those who hate cowardly acts such as this! God!!
