We need a felonious charge put in place with 5 year sentence minimum for animal abusers because they don't just abuse animals. They are violent offenders. Thank you

I hope the court's find him guilty and lock him up for a long time. I wish th ere was a list of names for those who abuse animals and it is made available for free on line, in the mail for people who aren't on line, or an 800 number to call before letting people adopt an kind of animal.
