Animal cruelty has been a FELONY in ALL 50 states since March 2015. If the judge & prosecutor don't charge him with felony charges, they should be charged with aiding & abetting a felon!

I am glad to sign this petition. Anyone who is capable of doing something like this has NO right to be free--to most likely hurt or kill again! And the next time the victim may well be a person, if "just killing a dog" doesn't seem horrible enough!!
