Animal abuse is now a felony–and this is clearly animal abuse! I pray this judge throws the maximum sentence at this man and that he's behind bars for a very long, long time. It's time that individuals like him are made examples of so future abusers think twice before they even think about harming an animal! My prayers are with little Honey's family.
