Proposed Subway Elevator Structures in NYPD Frozen Zone

If 45 Broad needs to build an elevator to satisfy the city, then it should be in front of their monstrosity NOT OUR Beautiful Building!!! The conversion of 15 broad practically gave birth to the revitization of the Fin District - show it and its occupants so respect. we already put up with a lot of aggrivation from the security of the exchange which is a vestige of a bygone era and should be turned into a museum

The elevator will be extremely disruptive to the residents living around this already very high security area. With so many kids coming and going in this area, building this elevator will be doing a huge dis service to the community.

There is no really need to have an additional entrance and a another super taller building in the Fidi area

This project is an obvious security threat to the security zone in and around the NYSE. I will be notifying NYSE Security, the NYPD, and the United States Secret Service of this clear and present danger.

There are much better alternatives that the developer could be funding in the neighbourhood than this bad idea

Long-time FiDi resident. Put the elevators in front of 45 Broad and let the developer foot the entire bill.

this is a safety hazard! any terrorist could come up thru the station with a suicide vest! Who's bad idea is this????

Listen to the residents of 15 Broad before giving developers right-of-way decision making.

It would be terrible for the streetscape of this historic and landmarked block to impose of this useless eyesore just so a developer a block away can add floors to his already gigantic building.

Having an elevator like this half a block from an elementary school posses an attractive nuisance for children to enter and play in it. In addition, this is across the st from both the NYSE and federal hall. The risk is too high for someone to leave a package or do damage there. Cars can't enter the area unless scanned for bombs. Makes no sense to allow this structure unmonitored continuously.

The community doesn't want this, nor were they asked about what they would like. This will also cost the buildings near it to incur extra expenses to clean and maintain it, which will not be born by the developer. There are a number of things our community and the city would prioritize over this cheap and poor way to get a concession to build higher

I'm seriously concerned about the security risks - besides it has no place in the beautiful land marked street. Why not near 45 Broad?
