This area simply does not have the infrastructure to support a large subdivision. Significant road construction would be required for Gwynn Lane as well as Lagaurdo Road. The access to 109 is already very difficult and would become impossible. Impact studies must be done before this rezoning could be considered. We live in a nice peaceful friendly neighborhood and am totally against anything that would change that..

It is very difficult to access 109 with the current volume of traffic. I fear the effects additional traffic based on this size develop would have on an already strained highway.

Any zoning approval to increase population and roadway use should be studied by TDOT for impacts to the narrow section of TN 109 prior to Wilson Co zoning process.

109 wouldn't be able to accommodate the number of vehicles trying to pull onto the road. It is a death trap at its current state and the existing home owners need a resolution before a new development is allowed.

Our community leaders need to listen to the lifelong residents who have built this great area through their hard work, especially the rural community such as Circle S farms. Perhaps I am a hypocrite being a transplant myself. I relocated here after my small community outside of Atlanta was destroyed through overdevelopment. I have small children and I think of their future, their health and the irrevocable long term effects of development. If we continue to take away the farming foundation that this country and Wilson County was bulit on, we take away the ability of independently sustaining as a community and as a whole. It's not just the land that goes away through development; it's also this precious way of life. Once it's gone, it's gone. Please protect and conserve.

Traffic is so crowded as it is now I can hardly pull out in the morningsame to take my kids to school. More homes will just add to the congestion. Not to mention the Crowding during Christmas with the light display.

HWY 109 must be widened before any other development is added to Laguardo. I see an accident at least once a week on HWY 109.

Why would any RESPONSIBLE Planning and Zoning Board consider this. There is NO money for signalization for R108, none for buying right of way, none for the design and widening. There is no money for the necessary infrastructure, school development is years behind the needs and the list goes on.

Old Laguardo Road cannot handle this extra traffic. It is already being used as a cut through when 109 is backed up. It is not wide enough to meet trucks.
It is already a nightmare getting out on 109 and this many more people will make it worse.
