Noooooo!!! Trying to get out onto 109 is already impossible. Gwynn lane is so narrow, 2 cars can't meet without one stopping and pulling over! I moved here to be in a country setting not a crowded subdivision!!

NO MORE HOMES & SUBDIVISIONS in Laguardo. Our rural roads just cannot handle all the added traffic. Highway 109 has become a dangerous road due to all the big trucks and added traffic. Please just stop!!!!!

Developing this land will cause many problems. First and foremost, there is already too much traffic on 109 which has carried over over to Old Laguardo, Gwynn Lane, and Double Log Cabin. Second, there is no infrastructure in place to support that many houses or families. This will affect the schools, the traffic, increase accidents, raise crime, raise property taxes, and increase noise. Clear cutting that many acres will completely change the landscape around here and the reason most of us chose to move here. With no trees to diffuse the noise from 109, it will be like living next to the interstate. We do not need or want more houses squeezed onto tiny lots so that someone that doesn't even live here can make more money.

NO. The roads in this area of 109 cannot handle the current amount of traffic. Another housing development should not be considered until hwy 109 is four lanes and has the much needed traffic signals for Laguardo residents.
The only acceptable alternative would be for the developer to pay for traffic signals.

Infrastructure cannot support any development of this area. This was the same conclusion the school board reached with the proposed school. I'm sorry the current owner bought this property with high ambitions of profit, but one must consider all aspects of such a purchase rather than focusing solely on acreage. I will not, nor should anyone else in who travels through this part of the countu, vote to reelect any supporter of this rezoning.

Agriculture is why Laguardo is, was , and still is today. Keep it like it is and stop trying to get rich off the rezoning leave the farming communities out of the get rich rezoning and sell property at a higher rate and cram a bunch of people in what is a great old farming community scam. I promise the people in the community did not vote for anyone that would let this happen.
