Proposed Golf Course Lodge Threatens Madison Green Community

I'm oppose of having this commercial Springhill hotel in my residential community. It is not needed.

I am completely against the construction of a lodge on our quiet Madison Green community.

This is a terrible idea and will impact the homeowners here adversely.

We do not want a hotel. We love our community the quiet. If I wanted to live in a hotel setting I would live at an extended stay. But we are against this.

As an original Madison Green homeowner, I oppose the addition of a hotel in our community. There are multiple commercial areas currently under construction in Royal Palm and Wellington that are more suited for a hotel. Perhaps one can be built there.

No golf lodge is needed here. There are plenty of other nearby commercial lots where you can put a hotel.

This lodge idea threatens our community, it should not get approved. We will not stand for it.
