We do not need a low income hotel on our beautiful community of Madison green. This not a commercial zone period.

I am 100% against the idea of a lodge to be built in Madison Green. This will not increase value of homes, in fact will do the opposite especially for those in Oakmont looking at it from their backyard. Many of us have done what is called Stay vacations within driving distance, like Miami, Singer Island, Fort Lauderdale etc. This will be looked at the same way from many from the west and as low budget Springhill Suites it will draw a lower budget crowd into the community. People staying their will try to use our amenities even though their will be a pool and fitness center at the hotel. Parking will be an issue and what about commercial vehicles which we all know are not allowed in Madison Green Clubhouse for overnight parking? The construction to build alone will serve as a nuisance and traffic problem and don't we pay as residents the cost to maintain the roads and entrance into the Madison Green golf course and Clubhouse, how is that going to work with construction?

I do not agree with the new lodge being built. In 20 years, residing in Madison Green, I have noticed the lack of upkeep and landscape maintenance along Crestwood Blvd. I hardly believe that's going to change with the new expansion.

1. We fully support our community in the belief of a negative effect of Property Values with the proposed Golf Course Lodge. This proposal will undoubtedly attract both short & long term transient individuals whom are unfamiliar with our community. We adamantly oppose the Golf Course Lodge (Springfield Marriott)
