This lodge will have a negative effect on our community. The current Golf course owners maintain the golf course to horrible condition and have not paid their property taxes for the 2 previous years. How can they justify building a lodge that's not zoned for when they cannot maintain the golf course to regular standards .

As a resident of RPB for 27 years and a home owner in MG for 4 years, I am sad to see what the village has become. It is not the quiet, safe, lush green suburbia escape it once was. Between the traffic, the non stop residential building, and inability to bring businesses that aren’t chain fast food restaurants. I have to say I don’t see my family continuing to grow here.

The following are several downsides to not build a lodging in our community: It will destroy the local environment causing habitat destruction. The influx of tourist will strain our local resourcesuch as water, electricity and create traffic congestion. It will also lead to the loss of privacy for nearby residents, vandalism, and THEFT. These are the reasons why I am voting against the building of a lodge in our peaceful community.
