Not in favor of the proposed golf lodge. I moved into the Madison Green RESIDENTIAL community. I did not chose to live in a community with a hotel and all the traffic, noise, and transient/vacationers, as they claim, in my backyard.

I am not in favor of a golf lodge being built in my neighborhood. I chose this community because of its security, and beautiful views. This will certainly detract from any feeling of security and I imagine an unsightly hotel will take away from the beautiful views. I don’t imagine my family will be staying in this community if this is built.

Not a great idea especially When I have to look at it from a residential view. Also the havoc it will cause with traffic and visitors who are not community members.

I fear for the crime rate that may increase from this. I know the Royal Inn in RPB was nice and turned into a hotel that became a place for drug use and questionable risqué behaviors.
