Why do they want to put this in the middle of a residential neighborhood except for money . Once they get the zoning changed they will develop the whole golf course to hotels and apartments . Give them an inch , they will take a mile !!!!

This building of a hotel inside a residential community is just a power hungry move.
This will benefit no one but line the pockets of those trying to force this to happen. Madison Green is a residential community and should stay that way.

I do not agree with this decision to build a hotel smack in the middle of an established residential community. I have a lot of concerns regarding. Traffic, transients, wear and tear on the roads coming out of our community, which the HOA has to repair and many other issues that comes with it.

I’m not in Madison green but very near, less than a mile away, and visit people there as well as pet sit and clean homes. I totally oppose a hotel in this community. It will be awful! Not only for homeowners but other local residents. We have enough traffic on Okeechobee and Crestwood and Royal Palm Beach Blvd now?? What do you think will occur with a hotel in Madison green? Omg! And think of this too… Westlake isn’t half complete and we are so impacted over here already by the traffic to that community! Our roads can’t handle any more and we do not want any more. There is NOTHING POSITIVE in building a hotel ANYWHERE in RPB let alone in Madison Greene! I say NO!!
