I live in Saratoga Pines adjacent next to Madison Green ommunity and drive on Crestwood blvd everyday, A hotel does not belong here. The traffice is bad enough but please do not destroy the calm and beauty of this residential neighborhood. Children ride their bikes to school (and must pass MG, ) People are out walking dogs, running, visiting neighbors, etc. I oppose any hotel or rezoning of the area.

Development of the hotel will negatively impact the Not only the immediate neighbors, But the community and the people who live in them surrounding Madison Green. Council and representatives and legislative bodies who have control over building and development should be more concerned about the needs of the people and the community then the needs of the developer
