I purchased a home in BellaSera, within the past two years. This would certainly have had a negative influence on my decision to make this purchase. I see the way some other hotels in the area have deteriorated. Perhaps the existing hotel properties, built where zoning is proper for such businesses, should have been purchased and and replaced, or brought up to the standards that represent the community we have chosen to be a part of. I find the term “Golf Lodge” to be interesting … are we to believe that term takes this unwanted “business” in our neighborhood to some kind of higher standards? I cannot imagine what this will do to the traffic in our neighborhoods, especially for families that have school aged children coming and going to several schools in the area. I will certainly be watching the decisions made regarding this hotel, and will vote accordingly in upcoming elections. If you feel that you want a new hotel, replace one that has become an eyesore in the community, where properly zoned!

It's all about money!! .. Our roads can't take all the traffic now, what will it be like if they build this hotel.. Home owners have no say!!

A lodging facility is not an appropriate land use in a residential neighborhood.
