Proposed Golf Course Lodge Threatens Madison Green Community

No lodge should be built within the residential area of Madison Green

No thanks.

We would like to keep our community safe. We have lived here for over 24 years. The traffic has already increased and we are worried that it will get worse. We are Not in favor, specially that our property values may go down.

I agree that it would cause too much traffic congestion, safety issues, property value, etc..

I'm against the golf lodge.

We are completely oppose to the idea of building a hotel in our community. It will bring devastating counterproductive results.

I am against this building of a hotel in Maddison Greene , a residential area. As a resident of the Acreage I am dealing first hand with horrible circumstances because of a developer. They are greedy and whatever they present, after approval the plans will change infesting the residential area like a cancer growth. I say NO to this hotel/ golf lodge

I live in Madison Green and am a voter please protect my safety and my privacy

Marriott is a cheap hotel bringing to our community heavy traffic, undesired unknown people. Plus noise, possibly crime this is totally unacceptable for our communities. Stop this project is going to bring prices down because people are going to move and bring values down.

This is one of Marriott's. Lower end hotels. This will bring more traffic, noise and lower property values.
