Proposed Golf Course Lodge Threatens Madison Green Community

This would be terrible for our community

I oppose the golf lodge.

The village of Royal Palm Beach Council should not allow the rezoning and the development of a hotel at the Madison Green golf course. Council people who allow this initiative to pass should be concerned about being reelected in future elections or even face a recalled.

I agree, and vote No to this proposed hotel. To many unknown issues and not needed in our development.

I am opposed to the golf lodge.

The main entrance on Crestwood is a blind spot that is potentially an accident prone area with increased traffic. Cars already speed down Crestwood, the added traffic could lead to more accidents in a neighborhood that has many walkers and bike riders, as well as two elementary schools.

I dont ever want to see or hear about a hotel being built on the golf course or anywhere else for that matter.

I oppose the building of this entire building and this should not even be something for this community..

If I wanted to reside in a commercial area I would have bought a house in one. We do not not a lodge or any other building like that in our neighborhood

This is a ridiculous idea. There’s been vandalism and break-ins in our community over the last few years. This will only increase the criminal activities as well as drive our housing prices DOWN. NO!!!!

I am 100% against this hotel. Safety, security, property values, and it just doesn’t belong is a residential area i dfidn't purchase in MG to become part of a community hotel development project....start this project somewhere else !!!
