I am making copies to give out to people in the community . If they don't have a computer, how can they get their names on a petition

It has been apparent that services in our communities are often forgotten why then would this be a plus

We need to vote the right candidate in. It's not about friends. If they have no real record of doing for the community for over 5 years, they haven't been here. They are a plant!! Do the Right Thing and let's make a change and vote for someone who is grassroots and cannot be bought.

I oppose this development project. It will change the character of the neighborhood. The project is not needed

I am against this proposed apartment building because Farmers Blvd is already congested and the building will worsen the situation

There are abandoned apartment dwelling throughout Saint Albans and Jamaica that should be purchased and renovated to become occupied. Before building new ones.

Stop this madness. Overdevelopment is killing quality of life.

The suburban character and appeal of our community is rapidly diminishing. eg. the huge monstrosity recently built at Farmers Blvd. and Dormans Rd; the numerous multi-family buildings that have been constructed on Farmers going south toward Springfield Gardens. We, the longtime middle and upper middle class homeowners of Saint Albans, do not want or need any more, typically shoddily maintained, “ affordable housing , “ especially where stately single family houses once stood. Please do not vote for any candidate, like Donovan Richards, who are aligned with real estate investors and developers that are at the root of this problem.

There is no need for this project that. We presently have vacant apartment spaces that can be used.
