This is a crazy idea. I can't believe the city is even considering it.

The 2 guys that own Turwell are also the guys that own the Raising Canes in the city. Since the city only cares about money and will grant these guys their request, the least we can do is not go to Raising Canes anymore.

Have you seen the mess they are making on Old Schoolhouse Road? There is no need for more apartments there.

Just what we need, more apartments especially ones that will negatively impact established neighborhoods. Must we destroy every inch of greenspace to that greedy developers can make another dime?

No more apartments in this residential area. Keep our neighborhood the way it is.

I agree, it should be left alone. No need for it there. That's a nice area and it doesn't need to be screwed up by putting in apartments.

Apts behind this residential area dumping more traffic on Man O War is nuts. Please don't do this.

As a local realtor who sells primarily in this area, I feel certain that cramming apartments into the land will devalue properties!

48 apartments are NOT a positive addition to our neighborhood! Propery owners anywhere close to this will see increased traffic, increased noise and general lack of interest in resale of properties in this area. Man O War impacts all of us already with the constant sirens and truck noises...at least that smal strip provides some level of buffering for our neighbors! 48 apartments?? Outrageous!!!

The city is big enough now. We need to quit building places to live in this city and worry about roades to get around. The population is enough now. The rich need to quit.
