This zone change could be the deal breaker that compels me to move elsewhere, like Jessamine Co, taking my property taxes with me.

I am against any zoning that would allow apartments to be constructed. Thank you.

I would vote not for a zone change. I wish that this space could be used for green space like other neighborhoods. It would be nice to have a walking trail...or just be left for nature. Have you seen the beautiful deer in the fields? Where will they go?

I strongly oppose an apartment complex in the stonewall neighborhood. I feel the space should be left as green space

To build apartments in this established single home neighbourhood will decrease the value of our homes. Also the location to have the apartment entrance is at a dangerous curve and with more traffic may cause accidents. We moved to this neighborhood 20 years ago from Philadelphia because it was quiet and all single homes with big lots. Driving from Clays Mill onto Old Higbee gave me the feeling and look of going from a busy city to a quiet country area. Fell in love with it immediately. We will lose that serenity if apartments are there. Plus I will miss seeing the deer. Let's not lose our little green space we have in our neighborhood.

No way do we need this with the new construction going on as it is

Crazy idea. Totally uncharcerist of the neighborhood. We just absorbed the townhouses at the end of Bravington. Enough is enough.

This development is entirely unsuited to the existing neighborhood. The proposed entry will be at the very intersection of a high traffic area with limited sight lines.
