Proposed apartment complex in Stonewall Neighborhood

This is a single dwelling household area. It would ruin this neighborhood! There are plenty of apartments in the area.

This zoning change would be markedly out of character for this neighborhood. In addition this peculiar intersection of Higbee Mill and Cornwall Road could not safely handle the increased traffic. It is already a dangerous intersection for the neighborhood children on their bikes

I am against this zone change.

There is no need for apartments nor the zone change. There are hundreds of apartments very close to this property on man of war. It will not only cause huge traffic congestion in the area, safety in the streets and park will be an issue for apartment and stonewall residents.

Stringently opposed to this plan. Lots of apts already within 1/4 mile

The large number of residents living in these proposed apartments would only add to the traffic load and conjestion at the Man O'War/Clays Mill Rd. intersection. We in Stonewall waited for a very long time for Clays Mill Rd. traffic relief which we have just gotten with the recently completed road construction. The proposed development project would be only a negative for this piece of land. Please do not approve this plan.

This plan will increase traffic and destroy the existing environmental needs of our community.

I oppose any proposed urban development and zone change.

Stonewall has been a single family community since it began over 50 years ago. I strongly oppose a zoning change that would allow apartments to built just two block from my home. It will add unnecessarily to traffic and children at the neighborhood schools., and probably lower property value.

This area cannot handle that kind of congestion from traffic nor does it fit into the single-family community of Stonewall. I am a homeowner in Stonewall for over 10 years and object to this idea.

I live in the area and do not want to see a complex in this area.

We live half a block from this and it is the entrance this end of Stonewall uses. It cannot handle the traffic this kind of development would bring.

I live on higbee mill, and enjoy the wildlife that is being threatened.
