Please don't ruin my neighborhood! Leave the green space right where it is. Save our trees and the way of life for those that live in that area. Don't we have enough traffic !

I have lived Lexington for over 50 years, and lived 20 in Stonewall. I see no reason to add apartments to this property. The Clays Mill Corridor is already congested as are the schools. Why is it necessary to develop every green space?

We need to keep this wooded area and certainly not lose it to apartment buildings!

This would be a huge mistake. The school system cannot support any new influx of student in the Clays Mill area.

Now that a zoning issue "door" is open, we should request property be rezoned agricultural. When we moved to Longwood, almost 33 years ago, the area behind our property was farmland.

Seriously?! Like there aren't enough apartments or traffic jams in Lexington already?!

There are enough apartments in the area. This is not needed and would only be a nuisance and eyesore

The green area is needed and valued by the home owners in Stonewall neighborhood. Please don't build here.

Clays Mill doesn't need more traffic; it's congested enough as it is, even with the widening project finishing up.

Grew up there and loved the neighborhood for what's it is and was. A quiet peaceful and almost blocked away from everything.
