Proposed apartment complex in Stonewall Neighborhood

Please leave some green space along busy Man o War for wildlife. Man o War is already incredibly busy in that area.

I oppose the proposed rezoning due to: 1. The unreasonable population density proposed for the Higbee Mill location 2) The height of the proposed structures and the resulting loss of privacy to the single family properties directly across the street. 3) The size of the proposed parking lot and the resulting increase in traffic. 4) The required destruction of most of the greenspace on this property to facilitate the proposed decelopment

Absolutely opposed. Don't forget to include the impact on our SCHOOLS!

Please do not build. Preserve the area and keep our neighborhood safe!

There should only be single family Homes in this area. Stonewall is a very sought after area and this change would diminish home values.

There addition of these apartments would make the area too congested.

We need to turn the whole areal along Man O War and Stonewall neighborhood into park land to preserve the tree canopy and the health of the creek that runs through it.

This property needs to be preserved and left as a green space for the wildlife that has already been run out of its habitat from other developement in the area!

This area needs to remain a green space. The LFUCG Parks & Recreation should take over, possibly establish walking trails or leave it as it is to preserve the wildlife that lives there and maintain the "country type" atmosphere in the Stonewall community.

That area is beautiful and home to a small herd of deer. It should be tuned into a nature walk park instead.

why not use the vacant homes and apartments not being used and stop building more there is no bus service to this area and car trafffic is already dense it would make harrodsburg road a parking lot at busy times

Deforestation does not one good.

I feel very strongly about this issue. That location is not appropriate for an apartment complex for the reasons stated in this petition.

Not the kind of changes I want to see happen to my hometown neighborhood.

I am opposed to the proposed apartment complex in the Stonewall neighborhood . It would be detrimental to our subdivision and property values. The uniqueness of Stonewall is of much value to the city of Lexington and is one of it's most desirable places to live.
