This is not good for this established neighborhood and will negatively impact home values. .

Do not agree with a zone change. Too small of an area for proposed development. Traffic is already a problem on Clays Mill and at all the entrances of the Stonewall Neighborhood and this will make it worse.

This would be a HUGE mistake to allow this to happen!!! As if traffic wasn't bad enough... Why CRAM houses/apts in such a tiny area... This is LUDACRIS

That area is congested enough. It will be ridiculous in rush hour traffic. Think before you do something dumb.

This is a single family neighborhood and I oppose the zone change for apartments.

Additional affordable housing is not needed in this area. Near First Alliance Church, on Old Higbee Mill, are brand new apartments that are sitting vacant. More are under construction just past Dogwood Trace and across from Firebrook. There is no need to cram an apartment complex in that small acreage. Please keep the green space.

Traffic is already very heavy @the intersection of Clays Mill & MOW. Plus the nice green space is where kids play soccer. Please! Don't allow apartments to be built there!

Please do not allow development of this land. Often as I drive by there the deer are standing so beautiful. We need green space for animals and to rest our own eyes. The tree cover with snow or fall leaves or summer rain is beautiful...just stop a moment and look. Save the green space for future generations to see the Kentucky green.

Our area has enough run through traffic, with us being close to the Fayette Mall, and 4 major schools within a 5 miles radius. Arrowhead Dr has already become a hazardous area with speeding traffic and no law enforcement or speed bumps. Yet rabbit run received speed bumps immediately. Let's make all of us safe..
