Proposed apartment complex in Stonewall Neighborhood

I think you need to leave it alone the schools for one are already overcrowded so why build more homes causing over crowded neighborhoods and schools

Terrible idea!

This development is going to change the integrity of our subdivision. Developing apartments in what has been historically single family homes should not even be considered!

I am the fifth house involved. Where are the dumpsters going to be? Are all the cars going to park up against my fence?

The traffic on Clays Mill is horrible already! I don't even live in this neighborhood, but drive past regularly. I think this is a mistake. South Lexington is becoming more and more difficult to navigate. Pretty soon it's going to be impossible to get anywhere from the south side with out gridlock.

I have lived on Grasmere for 18 years. With the on going construction of Clays Mill Rd, the intersection at Higbee Mill is always packed. Adding apartments is a terrible idea for the Stonewall Community. Plus, there is a house hidden where the wildlife will be torn down, and deer and animals living back there. Let's save the little piece of nature and quite that this community has

Horrible idea. Horrible plan. Go build somewhere else Turwell.

There is wildlife that lives in those woods. Our back yard backs up to the end of where the apartments will be. My father has a huge garden that will be compermissed. My mom loves watching the deer and her babies live in these woods and watch the babies grow up. Please leave the little nature we have in South Lexington alone. Maybe put in a natural walking path instead. My parents own their home and had planned to remodel and add a new garage to live out their days. They will now move if this is built.

There absolutely does not need to be yet another apartment complex in this area.

Stop ruining the nature and beauty of south side Lexington!!

I'm not opposed to that space being developed, as I think it's certain to happen eventually, but certainly not for an appartment complex!!!

We definitely do not want this!! There are plenty of apartments on up Man-O-War & we don't need more in this area.

As a realtor this would really hurt this area....leave the woods alone enough traffic as it is

No way! What a horrible idea. Someone trying to make a fortune on a small plot of land and displace others including wildlife! Enough is enough!

This area absolutely does not need more apts or traffic. We need the green space!

Don't disrupt the wildlife to build a complex that will create more traffic and bring home values down.

This would be a negative impact on our community!

Concerned over the amount of traffic this would generate on a small road.
