Proposed apartment complex in Stonewall Neighborhood

Would be have a negative impact on the surrounding areas. No extra traffic is needed in the area. Already very congested.

I feel that an apartment complex would have a negative impact on property values for this well established neighborhood.

No to construction of new Apartments at Higbee Mill and Cornwall.

Property values of homeowners should be protected. Green space inside MOW should be protected.

We do not need another traffic jam on Man-o-war. This will lead to more traffic and need for widening this road. Morning/evening traffic is already getting to stand still.

Every decision in this town should not be in support of business. It should be about community and people and protecting the quality of our neighborhood. This is our home.

My old hood!

I sent an outline of my objections to the zoning commission really the "garden center". The same applies to this proposal using factual points. In an addition to that, I would implore the developers sense of community by asking that...if THEY lived in this neighborhood, would/could they honestly want or approve either the garden MULCH center or apartment buildings?

We need the green space. The area is too congested as it is. Please leave the wildlife inhabitants alone.

The traffic increase on a residential street AND directly adjacent to a public park would be disastrous.

I grew up in Stonewall and it's beautiful. There's no need to cram apt.'s anywhere ...keep trees and wildlife safe... Goodness. .fill up empty office bldgs. everywhere in Lexington ...enough...it's not necessary at all!!

Don't need this in this area...or maybe at all!! Building to build isn't necessary!!
