We agree. There needs to be a checks/balances somewhere. The gate would be a good start. This is the starting point to entering the community. Otherwise, why pay someone to just stand there? EVERY single person/car should be checked unless they have a transponder. This come and go at will is not safe. We should have 0 crime here. Or at the very least, minimal. We pay a fee to live here with great amenities, great neighbors, a great lifestyle. I would hate to see it suffer. This will make property values go down while fees go up. Let's stick together and unite as an owner friendly association.

Make the transfer fee for golf $500 per month and non golf $300 per rental period.

Yes .... agree with others who said transfer fee should be for each month not whole stay.

We feel the transfer fee of $200. Should be for each month rented, not for the full term of the rental period. Even raising the transfer fee would also be reasonable. We used to rent in Sedona for a month at a time & to join the Golf Club there we paid $800./MTH for the two of us to play & that didn't include any other amenities.
People who are not owner's or tenants should not be freely roaming our community & using facilities.

Fully agree. Open to raising transfer fee. I don't want to block investor involvement, but tenants should not have the same privileges and powers as full-time residents such as ourselves.
