When we purchased our home in RS we were told that it would become a private club once the builder was no longer in here.
We should not even have to be having a petition to get this issue accomplished.
Also, renters should be paying more than a flat $200 fee for the privilege of using our River Strand amenities.
We also agree that they should not be able to come for two weeks or months and win the club championships. This is not their club, they are guests while staying in River Strand. They have no stake in the future of our community.
Thank you Sam for all of us homeowners in River Strand.

We the owners have to do our best to protect our investments, even from those owners who rent out their properties and who do no abide but the rules of the community.
