We moved here for the security. Why have securit guards if you can't enforce the rules. Can't someone on the board do it the right way????!

The transfer fee my 3 month renters pay is the same as one month. I think the portion for golf should be per month not one time for many months.

I agree. Renters definitely should be paying a much larger transfer fee. The 30 day minimal rental needs to somehow be enforced also.

In agreement. Told upon purchase that the club would move from developer to a private club. Transfer fee should be increased and renters (some for as little as one month) should not have ALL the same privileges as owners.

While the specific proposed changes in wording may not be where we end up, moving toward a private club is a topic the board should address.

Why weren't these golfers evicted from the course? This behavior isn't permitted on most courses (public or private). Who exactly is supposed to be enforcing rules? Why did I look at a tenants hammock across the street for a couple months when that is totally not permitted? Rules only work when they are enforced.

I am in total agreement with the proposed changes...I purchased a coach home under the assumption that River Strand would be a private community upon completion of community by Lennar...

Agree to the club being private and increasing the transfer fee much higher. This is a premier golf course in the area. People want to play here they can pay more or buy
here.

There are too many loopholes in the current system for renters. The 30 day rule is being abused continually. We would like to see easier access for Sanctuary residents (summer memberships). Those who live here would take better care of the course.

Going private will bring up the value of our properties from Condos to Estate Homes. We agree to modify Article 5.2 as stated, but by a vote of the members not only by our Board of Directors.
