As an owner I want to feel like and owner and not be treated the same as a renter . It’s important to me to feel part of our lovely community and with the current system that’s not happening

We purchased in River Strand to be part of a private community and Golf Club! Renters should be paying monthly fees, additional green and cart feed than a owner does.

I am for keeping the Golf; Club House(restaurant, pools.etc) private, as well as the tennis courts. We have had a lot of trouble with non-residents gaining entry, which some of which has had a negative impact, as far as vandalism.

I'm all for members having more rights!! Short term "Tenants" should have some limitations!!
They should not be able to get tee times as easily as golfing members!!

Leasee's should be paying greens fee's (possibly at a reduced rate) plus cart fee's. They should be given extra Chelsea points up front so that they don't get priority over owners. You should survey how this is handled by bundled golf communities in Naples. River Strand should be private except for reciprocal play during the summer. With reciprocal play poor behavior can be reported back to the players home club.

Agree. Renters should pay more and owners should have priority for golf times. tennis, pickle ball, etc. Chelsea system needs to go!

I also agree and at the same time feel that River Strand should be a part of the reciporal program of other clubs during the summer months.
