I spent the entire afternoon reading through the notes you all have been leaving here because the sheer weight of these stories is honestly keeping me awake at night. It feels like the system is just completely ignoring what happens in these classrooms every day even though we are the ones actually living it while they sit in their offices filing papers. I am currently drafting a massive list of these shared struggles to hand over to the ministry because someone really needs to look at the reality of how these irregularities are tearing everything apart.

Ja chega de tanta falta de respeito com quem trabalha. Os profissionais estao exaustos e as coisas continuam iguais. Vergonha.
